Bill Barnett has specialized in the sale
of land for both development and agricultural uses since he began his brokerage
career in 1974. Bill participated in the assemblage, planning and rezoning of a
number of large communities in the Richmond area such as Wyndham, Innsbrook,
Deep Run Business Center, Patriots Landing, Appomattox Industrial Center and
Roseland. His rural brokerage experience includes timberland holdings, large
farms and waterfront properties especially in Tidewater Virginia. Bill
graduated from the College of William and Mary, is licensed in Virginia and
North Carolina, is Senior Vice President and Partner with Commonwealth
Commercial Partners, Inc. and is managing partner of Commonwealth Land.

 Sam Worley Senior Vice

Sam Worley earned his Bachelor of Arts from
the University of Richmond in 1971, and entered the real estate business in
1972. He specializes in the sale of land with an emphasis in multifamily rental
communities as well as senior housing and hospitality opportunities. His
multifamily background was a result of his tenure as land Acquisition Manager
for Summit Properties, a REIT that was purchased by Camden Property Trust. He
has represented national developers, such as Lincoln Property Company, Roseland
Property Company, The Hanover Company, OmniCorp, HHHunt, Equity Residential,
and Toll Brothers, as well as regional and local developers such as Artcraft
Management, Smith-Packett, First Centrum, Osprey Property Company and Wilton
Development, to name just a few.

Hank Campbell earned his Bachelor of Arts
degree from Hampden-Sydney College and has 15 years of experience in the real
estate brokerage business. Hank is a licensed real estate broker in the
Commonwealth of Virginia and specializes in commercial and agricultural real
estate with a strong concentration in the brokerage of land, both rural and
development. Over the past seven years Hank and partner Bill Barnett have sold
over 30,000 acres of land across Central Virginia valued at more than $50
million. Hank has offered seller and buyer representation services to numerous
institutions and private partnerships as well as other large land owners across
the state of Virginia.

 Joe Buhrman

Joe Buhrman earned his Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Richmond.
Joe entered into the commercial real estate business after selling his family
business, Buhrman and Sons, Inc., a retail and whole distributor of John Deere
farm, timber and consumer products. He has been actively involved in the sale
of farm land and property for development in Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and
Goochland counties. Joe is a licensed real estate sales person in the
Commonwealth of Virginia.

 Butch Wilberger

Butch Wilberger received his Associate
Degree in Business Administration from Strayer University. He is a graduate of
The Virginia Bankers School at the University of Virginia and the Stonier
Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. He is a past
president of Downtown Charlottesville, The Falcon Club, and Central Virginia
Chapter of the Bank Administration Institute. He has offered his leadership
skills to his community in activities with Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts,
National Wild Turkey Federation, and Virginia Department of Game & Inland
Fisheries. Butch recently operated a family construction and
development company. He previously was in the banking industry for 23 years and
had risen to the position of Area Executive Officer for Central Virginia.
